Description:
Cattlemen’s Bar & Grill is looking for a dependable kitchen cook to join our team.
This is a small, hands-on kitchen role where you will be responsible for running day-to-day kitchen operations, including cooking, prep work, dishes, cleaning, and closing duties. We are looking for someone who can work independently and keep the kitchen organized and running smoothly during service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare menu items following recipes
- Daily food prep and line setup
- Cook orders during service
- Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning throughout shift
- Closing and sanitation procedures
- Maintain food safety standards
- Assist wherever needed in a small kitchen
Requirements:
- Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Able to work independently without multiple station support
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Team-oriented and willing to help where needed

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including food prep stations, utensils, and equipment
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
