As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a warm and professional dining experience. Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests and make them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear tables and reset as needed.
- Refill beverages throughout service.
- Present guest checks and process payments accurately.
- Work closely with other servers and ristorante team members.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during service.
- Support front-of-house operations as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous server experience required; fine dining or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and payment processing.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, friendly, and guest-focused demeanor.
- Strong team spirit and willingness to support others.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift and carry trays with glassware, food, and beverages.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma required; food safety training is a plus.
The appointed candidate will be offered a hourly rate of $16.00 plus tip, with a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
