Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced night shift Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, high-quality production processes. This role is integral to maintaining optimal plant performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a safety-conscious environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of manufacturing management systems, and expertise in process optimization. Candidates Must Have:
- 5 or more years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment is required for this role.
- Demonstrated experience ensuring safety and quality compliance amongst employees in a manufacturing plant.
- Willingness and ability to work the 3rd/night shift.
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting production equipment issues.
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
