Job Duties:

Conducts nursing assessments of patients by obtaining complete health histories.

Provides results of assessment to the prescriber and brings attention to any significant variances.

Prepares, administers and document PO and IM medications and treatments as ordered by the clinic prescriber.

Refer clients to different programs and complete, arrange and document all results

Maintain a log of patients routinely scheduled for injections.

Responsible for picking up, checking client's orders for medication, transporting medication in lockbox to Satellite locations, as well as dispensing packaged medication to patients.
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Probational or Job Appointment.
Work Schedule: 8 hours Monday - Friday.
Location: Capital Area Human Services District's Mobile/Satellite Clinic.
Career Progression: This position may be filled as a Registered Nurse 1, 2, 3 depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant(s).

The maximum salary for the Registered Nurse 3 is $105,456.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
