What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform expert service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on HVAC systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced tools
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure long-term system performance
- Work directly with customers — communicate, educate, and problem-solve
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation
- Follow safety protocols and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- HVAC school or apprenticeship completion is a plus
