Our company, Owl, Inc. Transportation is contracted with the Lake City Veterans Administration Hospital to provide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation for Veterans. We are looking to immediately hire 10 to 12 drivers. If you fit the requirements below and able to perform the responsibilities listed, then we are looking for you!
The Hourly Rate of Pay is $16.82
You also receive a Fringe Benefit in the amount of $5.09 per regular hour worked up to 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Must have 7yrs + driving experience
- Must have a valid drivers license (No more than 5 points )
- Reliable
- Great customer service skills
- Some Pushing and Lifting required
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen test
- Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
Duties & Responsibility:
- Maintain a professional image and attitude towards clients
- Transport clients safely to scheduled location.
- Provide great customer service.
- Effective communication with dispatch
- Assist clients as needed safely to their destination
- Complete daily vehicle pre-trip and post trip inspection.
- Must be able to accurately complete activity logs and vehicle reports
- Must be able to operate a GPS, 2-way radios, and have a cell.
