Beyond Expectations Academy is a small business in Miami, FL. We are professional, supportive, collaborative and our goal is to address a strong need for individualized therapy to help children feel successful and achieve their goals. We believe that by incorporating aba, occupational, physical, speech and language therapy and techniques, children are well on their way to reaching their true potential. .

We offer a multi-disciplinary team of behavior analyst, occupational, physical and speech therapists that work together to help our clients reach their goals. S.L.B. Therapy staff also works together with staff of Beyond Expectations Academy (B.E.A.). B.E.A. is a K-12 grade non-profit private school for children with special needs. These are the clinical requirements:
* work in collaboration with the clinical director, registered behavior techs and clients families
* conduct assessments and re-assessments.
* collecting daily data through providing methods including but not limited to skill acquisition, task analysis, supervision forms and family interviews.
* Supervision of RBTs. This includes assessing their professional development.
* promote a unified team oriented atmosphere.
* participate in staff development and staff meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
