About The Position
Mindwell is hoping to hire a dedicated and compassionate Master’s level clinician to join our growing therapy team! We are looking for an individual therapist who enjoys working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and/or relational issues, and who would work well in a collaborative and growth oriented environment. Who We’re Looking For
We highly encourage you to apply if you have experience or additional training in working with trauma, and the following presenting issues, including but not limited to: communication issues, trust issues, distress tolerance, life transitions, anxiety, depression, family issues, substance use, and child/adolescent challenges. Experience working with adults in an outpatient, therapeutic setting is a plus!
Special consideration will be given to clinicians who have the following:
- 1-2+ years experience working in a private practice or clinical mental health outpatient setting
- Training, experience, or certifications in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, CADC, EFT, Imago, IFS, Gottman Method, etc.
- Strong knowledge of theoretical orientations and their applications.

Qualifications
- Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related degree.
- Fully licensed LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, Ph.D.
- Provisionally licensed LPC, AMFT, LSW (supervision provided in-house).
- Must hold a current license in the state of Illinois.
- Experience working with individuals
- Experience with trauma work and trauma-informed approaches.
- Interest in collaborating with colleagues.

Pay: From $56,250.00 per year
