We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a high‑volume surgical environment. Experience in anesthesia and surgical prep is highly preferred.
Assist veterinarians with pre‑operative exams, surgical prep, and recovery
Safely induce, monitor, and recover patients under anesthesia
Perform catheter placement and medication administration
Maintain accurate medical records and patient flow
Provide compassionate handling and care for dogs and cats
Clean, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
Support post‑operative client communication and discharge instructions
Uphold clinic safety, sanitation, and animal‑handling protocols
Licensed/Certified Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) preferred
Experience with anesthesia monitoring strongly preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
