Bakery Manager - Aurore French Bakery (141 W Baxter Ln, Bozeman, MT )
Salaried Full-time Position - $62,400 per year (40h/week - $30/hour)

Aurore French Bakery brings authentic French pastries, breads, and café culture to Bozeman. We are looking for a Bakery Manager to run daily operations, lead the team, and keep the bakery organized, stocked, and efficient.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You are responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly: people, product, systems, and flow.
About the Role
As Bakery Manager, you are responsible for the daily execution of the business. You create structure, solve problems, keep the team accountable, and ensure the bakery operates smoothly every day.
You'll work closely with Alison (COO) and Aurore (Owner), while leading the daily operations alongside the Front and Back of House Leads.

Schedule
- Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (approximately)
- Hours may vary slightly depending on operational needs, but this is the base schedule
- Full-time, year-round (not seasonal)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong operator mindset (organized, proactive, detail-driven)
- Able to manage people and hold standards
- Fast, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working within systems and routines whileremaining flexible and calm when priorities change.
- Tech-comfortable (Google Drive, Slack, basic tools, AI is a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Comfortable with driving in all Montana weather conditions with the bakery car.
