Express Employment Professionals is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help local businesses find great employees while creating more job opportunities for people throughout our area.
About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will develop relationships with businesses throughout a defined territory, learn about their staffing and workforce challenges, and offer customized solutions through Express Employment Professionals.
This is a relationship-focused, consultative sales position. Your goal will be to become a trusted resource for local business leaders by helping them with their employment, leadership, staffing, and human resources needs.
You will also work closely with our recruiting team to connect qualified job seekers with local companies and help put people to work every day.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect for new business and manage relationships with existing clients
- Create and execute sales plans that generate appointments and new business
- Meet with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers
- Identify staffing, recruiting, workforce, and human resources needs
- Present creative and professional solutions tailored to each company
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and former clients
- Coordinate with our inside recruiting team to support local hiring needs
- Represent Express with professionalism, integrity, and a positive community presence
- Maintain knowledge of the local employment market and applicable labor laws
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

- Has a high school diploma or GED
- Has previous sales, business development, customer service, or relationship-management experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
