Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA/QC Construction specialist to join our dynamic team on the TSMC construction site in Northern Phoenix. In this role, you will oversee the quality control and inspection processes during low voltage electrical construction projects, ensuring that all work meets industry and TSMC standards, safety regulations, and client specifications, building code, and . Your expertise will help maintain high-quality standards across construction sites, support project management efforts, and contribute to the successful delivery of reliable low voltage systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in maintaining excellence in construction quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections on low voltage electrical construction sites, verifying adherence to design plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Perform detailed quality control assessments throughout various phases of construction projects, identifying issues early and implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Collect and analyze data related to construction progress, quality metrics, and inspection results by filling out all paperwork and submitting them to the necessary parties such as internal reports for superintendents or Project Managers (PM), or externally for the QA, PM, or the superintendents of our clients.
- Collaborate closely with construction managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and technical standards. Meet regularly with our clients for full reports and discussions of expectations and criteria to look for
- Review construction contracts and technical documentation to confirm scope accuracy and identify potential quality risks.
- Document inspection findings meticulously through reports, checklists, and logs; communicate issues clearly to relevant stakeholders for swift resolution.
- Support construction management teams by providing guidance on best practices for quality assurance and inspection procedures.
Experience
- Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on low voltage electrical systems or related fields.
- Strong background in construction management or Low-Voltage electrical, quality control, and inspection processes within the construction industry preferred.
- Familiarity with contracts, technical specifications, and safety regulations applicable to low voltage electrical projects.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for data collection, problem-solving, and process improvement.
