Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual to lead marketing and content across both businesses.
This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who wants to be part of the team and part of the process of building and growing the business. You will be responsible for managing our digital presence, creating content, executing marketing initiatives, and helping ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Platform Marketing & Growth
- Build and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and additional platforms
- Develop a cohesive presence across all channels while adapting content for each platform
Content Creation (On-Site)
- Capture photo and video content in real time
- Document:
- cooking classes
- chef-led experiences
- private events
- day-to-day activity at the market and café
- Produce and publish content consistently and efficiently
Marketing Execution & Results
- Support and help drive bookings for:
- classes
- private events
- ticketed experiences
- Ensure all marketing is timely, organized, and executed
- Track performance and adjust content as needed
Marketing Planning & Campaign Strategy
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in advance
- Plan and execute email campaigns aligned with programming and seasonal initiatives
- Build out campaign strategies for holidays, seasonal launches, and major events
- Ensure content, messaging, and timing are aligned across all efforts
Real-Time & Responsive Marketing
- Promote last-minute class availability
- Post new classes or events as they are launched (including same-day posting)
- Balance planned content with immediate business needs
- Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
Creative & Design Execution
- Create graphics and visual assets for:
- class calendars
- promotions
- seasonal campaigns
- Maintain a clean, cohesive, and consistent visual identity
Brand Development & Consistency
- Contribute to the ongoing development of both brands
- Work alongside ownership and external designers when needed
- Help ensure consistency across:
- social platforms
- email marketing
- print and in-store materials
Team Collaboration
- Be present and engaged in the day-to-day business
- Work closely with ownership and staff
- Take initiative and ownership of responsibilities
- Contribute ideas and help support overall growth
Experience & Requirements
Required
- Experience in marketing, content creation, or a similar creative role
- Experience working in hospitality, food, events, or a related field
- Strong understanding of multi-platform content creation
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Photo and video capture/editing experience
- Ability to manage both long-term planning and real-time execution
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through

- A portfolio or social media examples are required
- Must demonstrate:
- content creation (reels, video, photography)
- graphic design
- consistent visual style or brand execution

- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Must be proactive and self-directed (does not require constant follow-up)
- Must be comfortable being on-site and actively involved in the business

Compensation
Salary based on experience
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
