FT Consultants is growing, and we're looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. Whether you already have sales experience or you're looking for an opportunity to break into sales, we'll provide the training, tools, and support to help you get started.
This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based sales opportunity offering a flexible schedule, uncapped earning potential, warm leads, and ongoing training.
What You'll Do
You'll work directly with local businesses to help them find better technology for running and growing their operations. Our team specializes in Point of Sale (POS) solutions for businesses ranging from independently owned shops and restaurants to larger organizations.
Your day may include:
- Meeting face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers
- Introducing businesses to our Point of Sale products and services
- Identifying prospective customers within your territory
- Following up with warm leads and scheduled opportunities
- Learning about each customer's needs and recommending the right solution
- Building relationships that can generate ongoing business and referrals
No previous POS or technology experience is required. We'll teach you the products, services, and sales process.

Sales experience is welcome, but not required.
Important Compensation Information
This position is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and does not include a guaranteed base salary or hourly wage. Compensation is performance-based through commissions, residuals, and applicable bonuses.
Because commissions are uncapped, earning potential varies based on individual sales performance.
