Job Title: General Laborer / Entry-Level Tech Trainee (Second Chance Opportunity)About Us: A Company Built on Second Chances
If you have a record, a complicated past, or feel like the door to a good job keeps getting slammed in your face, we want to talk to you.
Our founder, Erik Smalls, knows exactly what you are going through. After losing his father young and navigating the toughest streets of New York, he fell into the trap of the streets, faced tough choices, and ultimately served time in prison. When he got out, trying to make his way in "square" society as a convicted felon was the hardest battle of his life. He faced the same rejections you might be facing right now.
But he didn't give up. Today, his journey is a success story and now, he is building a ladder to make it easier for you to climb up, too. We don't care about who you used to be; we care about who you want to become. We believe in hope, hard work, and the power of a true second chance.
