Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Montgomery, MN/ Blue Earth, MN
Duration: Full Time
Pay: $28–$32/hr + Overtime
Schedule: Full-time; Day shift during the off-season and rotating 12-hour day/night shifts during pack season (June–October).
Key Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical failures on production and packaging equipment.
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
· Tear down, rebuild, align, and adjust machinery and production equipment.
· Support equipment installations, changeovers, and seasonal start-ups.
· Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
· Perform equipment inspections and document maintenance activities. Use hand and power tools to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
· Work closely with production teams to keep equipment running during peak production.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
