Signature Restoration Solutions is seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial Painter to join our growing team. Our projects include hospitals, healthcare facilities, schools, government buildings, and other commercial properties throughout the CSRA.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, maintains a professional attitude, and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Patch and repair drywall imperfections prior to painting
- Perform touch-up painting and punch-list work
- Mask and protect surrounding surfaces
- Match paint colors and finishes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work professionally in occupied commercial buildings, including hospitals
- Assist with other construction tasks as needed
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of commercial painting experience
- Experience with brush, roller, and airless spray application
- Knowledge of drywall repair and surface preparation
- Ability to produce clean, high-quality finishes
- Experience working in commercial or healthcare facilities is a plus
Requirements
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and assist with other construction tasks when needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
