POSITION SUMMARY
Chantler Motor Carriers is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mexican Dispatch Specialist to join our operations team at our Laredo, Texas terminal. This is a dedicated role supporting a single key customer account, making consistency, reliability, and deep familiarity with that customer’s freight requirements essential to success. The position serves as the primary operational link between our US terminal and Mexican carriers, and the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating pickups, managing all customs and crossing documentation, and ensuring the seamless movement of freight from Mexico into the United States.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and arrange freight pickups with Mexican carriers on behalf of Chantler Motor Carriers.
- Prepare, process, and manage all required crossing documentation to facilitate the movement of loads from Mexico into the United States.
- Create and maintain accurate DODA (Despacho de Operaciones de Devolución y Abandono), CCP (Comprobante de Carta Porte) layouts, and Cartas Porte in compliance with current SAT regulations.
- Liaise with customs brokers to facilitate the legal crossing of shipments at the US-Mexico border.
- Coordinate with drayage companies to arrange the crossing of trailers and delivery to the Laredo terminal.
- Maintain real-time communication with drivers, carriers, and brokers to monitor load status and resolve any issues proactively.
- Create and maintain detailed customer reports for the dedicated key account, tracking each shipment from pickup in Mexico through arrival at the Laredo terminal.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
- Support the operations team with dispatch coordination and load planning as required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
