We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sandwich Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling high-quality sandwiches while ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by helping to craft new recipes and sandwich concepts. - Prepare and assemble gourmet sandwiches according to Baggin's specifications and customer preferences within one minute.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used before expiration.
- Understand and know what is being promoted within the company.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and alerting management of low inventory.
- Maintain a positive attitude under the pressure of mounting orders. Move quickly under time constraints.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Be aware of the development of new sandwich recipes and specials.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to provide a safe and positive work environment.
- Previous experience in food preparation or the food service industry preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Must have good memorization and retention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices.
- A passion for gourmet food and creativity in sandwich-making is a plus.
