Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
-Apartments showings
- Leasing units
- Move in/outs reports
-Application process
- Communicate with tenants
- Work orders
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and agreements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure effective communication within the office and with external parties
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in file management and record keeping
- Ability to effectively manage schedules and deadlines
- Proficient in using office software applications for daily operations
