We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Service Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the central point of contact for coordinating the needs of the senior population you serve with the general public. The responsibility is to be the liaison and communicator between resident/clients, external agencies and onsite management. The person holding this position must have great communication skills, enjoy working with people, have great patience, and enhanced customer service. Responsibilities
- Coordinate service requests by scheduling appointments
- Tracking progress
- Create relationships with external agencies that benefit the residents you serve
- Link agencies and organizations with client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Prepare reports and identifying opportunities for improvements.
- Keep up with updates, industry changes
- Excellent analysis skills
- Proficiency in computer and data entry systems.
- Effective communication skills
- Committed to fostering a collaborative partnership with management and other agencies with the same common goals.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
