We're looking for a compassionate PMHNP who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and wants to grow alongside a modern private practice.
Whether you're an experienced provider or a motivated new graduate, you'll receive support while maintaining the autonomy to practice high-quality psychiatric care.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Provide medication management for children, adolescents, and adults
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with therapists and other providers
- Document encounters in our EHR
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications
- PMHNP-BC
- Active Virginia license
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for evidence-based outpatient psychiatry

Compensation: Productivity-based compensation with expected annual earnings of approximately $140,000–$220,000+depending on schedule and patient volume.
Pay: $70.00 - $250.00 per hour
