FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT!! We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and skilled grill cook to join our team. As a grill cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cleanliness, and ensuring the highest quality of plate presentation. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you! We are also open later nights for the night owls!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes
- Knowledge in morning prep and setting up a line.
- Ability to check in, organize, and put away truck orders.
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices
- Follow all safety and health regulations in the kitchen (FIFO)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Requirements:
-Must be able to work Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursday nights.
- Previous experience in food service and cooking high volume flat top grill
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knife skills for food preparation
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
