Automotive Technician / Mechanic / Parts Dismantler Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for full dismantle of late model vehicles in a fast paced work environment. Full dismantle includes removal of all drive train, front and rear suspension, doors, fenders, bumpers, seats, dash, computers, etc.
Work environment is both indoor/outdoor in a modern day recycling facility. In-ground mounted automotive hoists and overhead cranes are just some examples of the equipment used in our dismantler bays. Employee safety is our top priority.

Automotive Technician / Mechanic / Dismantler Job Duties:
- Follow safety guidelines
- Full dismantle of vehicle
- Correctly inspect, mark, and tag all parts for inventory
- Place removed parts on pallet or other designated area for inventory
- Complete vehicle inventory worksheet and resolve parts tags
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Avoid damaging parts
- Operate forklift safely (training provided)
- Help other employees with tasks
