Job Overview
The Dealer Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lamar, MO. This position supports dealership partners by processing applications and contracts, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate data entry into internal systems. The role involves responding to dealer inquiries, explaining program details, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments, tracking the status of deals, and following up to resolve any issues that may delay funding. The Dealer Services Representative is expected to maintain detailed records, adhere to compliance requirements, and deliver consistent, professional service to all dealer contacts.
Duties
- Manage dealer inquiries related to mortgage servicing, loan processing, and account status updates with professionalism and clarity
- Conduct negotiations with dealers to resolve issues, clarify terms, and facilitate smooth transaction flows
- Utilize Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and financial software to process applications, update records, and generate reports accurately
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, TILA (Truth in Lending Act), FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines, and other relevant industry standards
- Build strong relationships with dealer partners through effective communication, problem-solving, and proactive support
- Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions, contracts, escrow details, and compliance activities for audit readiness
