The 500 Club Casino is looking for full time servers who are motivated, team oriented, friendly, dependable, and ready to provide excellent customer service. If you enjoy a fast paced environment and enjoy being around people, we'd like to meet you. A successful candidate will have 2 years of serving experience with an emphasis on customer service.
Responsibilities
- Attend to guests upon entry, greet and seat guests.
- Present menus and take orders.
- Serve orders and beverages.
- Know the menu, answer any questions and make recommendations.
- Ability to communicate with guests and staff members.
- Work as a team with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
- Clean and clear tables.
- Issue bill and collect payment.
- Prep food as needed and complete assigned side stations.
- Resolve guest complaints or problems with a positive attitude, notifying management of any complaints received.
Skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic Math skills.
- Able to make change using monetary units.
- Able to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Requirement
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain, and maintain, a Clovis City issued work permit.
- Food Handlers Certification needed.
Starting Pay: $16.90/hour plus great tips!
