JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team!
We’re looking for someone who can be the creative force behind our social media presence and help bring the our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
This is a hands-on, in-person position. We want someone who enjoys being in a medspa environment, understands beauty and aesthetics, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn everyday moments, treatments, education, and results into engaging content.
You’ll have the opportunity to help develop our content strategy, create innovative social media campaigns, increase engagement, and connect with our local Fresno community.
✨ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging, visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms
- Film and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, treatment videos, educational content and promotional videos
- Capture before & after content while maintaining client privacy and professionalism
- Develop creative content ideas that showcase our treatments, results, team and brand personality
- Create and manage a consistent weekly content calendar
- Write engaging captions and copy that align with the SkinSculpt brand
- Stay current with social media trends, sounds, hashtags, aesthetics and platform updates
- Monitor engagement, trends and competitor activity to help identify new content opportunities
- Schedule and organize posts using social media management tools
- Create graphics and marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design/editing platforms
- Review social media analytics and use performance data to improve future content
- Collaborate directly with the owner and team on promotions, campaigns and special events
- Help develop creative campaigns designed to increase engagement, inquiries and bookings
- Maintain consistent branding across all social platforms
- Assist with occasional photography/video shoots and in-office content days
✨ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience creating and managing social media content
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, especially short-form video
- Creative eye for photography, video, design and branding
- Comfortable filming in a professional medspa environment
- Experience editing Reels/TikToks and creating engaging short-form videos
- Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills
- Organized and able to manage a content calendar and deadlines
- Ability to recognize trends and turn them into content that fits our brand
- Self-motivated and able to bring new ideas to the table
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working directly with the owner and team
- Passion for beauty, skincare, aesthetics and digital marketing
⭐ BONUS SKILLS
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro
- CapCut or other video editing software
- Hootsuite, Buffer or similar scheduling platforms
- Google Analytics and social media analytics
- SEO and keyword research
- Facebook/Instagram paid advertising
- Previous experience with a medspa, aesthetics practice, beauty brand, wellness business or healthcare marketing
THE POSITION
This is a part-time, in-person position based in Fresno, approximately 16 hours per week.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
