Do you enjoy providing exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere? The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indianapolis Downtown – Convention Center Area is looking for a dependable, friendly, and energetic Part-Time Breakfast Attendant to join our team!
As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests start their day with a clean, well-stocked, and inviting breakfast experience. If you take pride in hospitality, enjoy interacting with people, and work well in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
☐ Prepare, set up, and maintain the complimentary breakfast buffet before and during service.
☐ Ensure all food items are fresh, stocked, and presented according to brand standards.
☐ Keep the breakfast area clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift.
☐ Monitor food inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
☐ Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
☐ Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.
☐ Clean and organize the kitchen, breakfast area, and equipment after service.
☐ Assist with light kitchen duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Schedule
- Part-Time
- Early morning shifts (typically beginning around 5:00 AM)
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
