Direct Support Professional/Home Health Aide
- Employee will provide direct care services in a residential setting and complete assigned shift at an assigned site.
- Complete all shift assignments and tasks, complete all site documentation (ISP's, logs, etc.)
- Support Individuals with daily living skills in the home and community.
- Encourage independence, respect and skill development
- Transport and/or assist Individuals to and from appointments, activities, and visitations. (Company vehicle provided) (requires valid driver's license).
- Assist with meals, personal care and household tasks.
- Maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive environment
- Must be able to pass background check.
- No more than 3 Individuals per home in a safe, clean, healthy environment.

- Must be available every other weekend
- House Supervisors: Manage DSP staff, oversee schedules, ensure compliance, and uphold quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
