Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to load, unload, and move materials and products within our distribution center.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and retrieve materials and products
- Perform pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance on assigned equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and equipment usage
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift operator certification
- 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Compensation and Benefits
$17.00 per hour
