We’re building a seasonal labor pool to support for our outdoor harvesting. This role is perfect if your looking for short, paid work sessions in a dynamic outdoor environment.
Workers may be invited back for up to three 2–3 week work cycles during the summer and fall, depending on availability and operational needs.
September - October
What You’ll Do

Assist with field and grow operations during peak periods.

Help with plant maintenance, and harvest support.

Work as part of an energetic, team-oriented crew.

Learn firsthand about modern agricultural operations.
Location: Grow West - Cumberland
Schedule: Temporary, 2–3 week paid work sessions
