Prepare vacated apartments for “market-ready” move-ins within required timelines

Complete unit inspections and make-ready checklists
-
Perform light repairs including fixtures, appliances, doors, blinds, and hardware

Change locks, cut keys, replace filters, and assist with appliance moves
-
Support painting, patching walls, and general unit touch-ups
-
Operate carpet cleaning equipment as needed

Assist with grounds upkeep and community cleanliness

Communicate repair needs and supply needs to leadership

Follow all OSHA, Fair Housing, ADA, and company safety standards

Use required safety equipment at all times

Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately

Follow proper procedures and ask questions when needed

Entry-level position; applicant must meet all physical requirements.

Minimum of 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. May be necessary to work weekends.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
