Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing and maintaining equipment, and facilities.

- Assist with basic building maintenance and repairs.
- Replace light bulbs and other basic maintenance items.
- Assist with painting, patching, caulking, and minor repairs.
- Help repair and maintain doors, hardware, fixtures, and building components.
- Perform basic cleaning and organization of maintenance and storage areas.
- Pick up and deliver tools, materials, and supplies.
- Assist experienced maintenance employees and contractors with larger repairs.
- Help move furniture, equipment, and materials.
- Perform basic property inspections and report damaged or unsafe conditions.
- Assist with snow and ice removal as needed.
- Complete assigned work orders and daily maintenance tasks.
- Safely use basic hand tools and power tools after proper training.
- Perform other general maintenance duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
