Personal Assistant (Luxury Yacht Charter Company)
Part-Time with Opportunity for Full-Time
Big Apple Charters | Manhattan, NY
Big Apple Charters is a luxury private yacht charter company based in Manhattan. We create unforgettable experiences on the water, and no two days are ever the same.
I'm looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and genuinely likes helping make things happen. This is not a typical office assistant position. You'll become an integral part of both my business and day-to-day operations, helping keep everything organized and moving efficiently.
If you're the type of person who naturally notices what needs to be done without being asked, enjoys staying busy, and takes pride in getting things done well, I'd love to meet you.
THERE IS OPPORTUNITY TO GROW IN MANY DIRECTIONS ONCE WE KNOW THE ABILITY OF THE CANDIDATE.

This position starts at approximately 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to become a full-time, permanent role for the right person.
The schedule is flexible and changes based on business needs. Some days may be 4-5 hours, while others may be longer. Availability 5-6 days per week, including occasional evenings and weekends, is required, especially through the remainder of the summer.
Every day is different. You could be organizing paperwork in the morning, shopping for supplies in the afternoon, and helping prepare one of our luxury yachts for a charter that evening.
