Call Center Representative

At this time, we are looking for a Call Center Representative to join a growing company. We are looking for an energetic personality with excellent phone skills and superb work ethic.

Job Duties Include:
- Answer prospect and customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat systems.
- Provide customers with initial product information, direct them to the appropriate dealership resources with a focus on scheduling appointments.
- Present initial solutions to customer’s needs and provide a great experience.
- Follow up with customers that are not ready to make an appointment or that did not show to a scheduled one.
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system by keeping accurate records, using the information to extract opportunities by managing customer relationship thus creating loyalty.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Consistent and stable work history.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Able to write and speak English (Bilingual a plus)
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
Requirements:
- California Sales License required
- Valid Driver License and a clean driving record required
- Bilingual is a plus!
Competitive Pay:
-Starting pay is $16.50 and may go up, depending on experience.
-Monthly Performance Bonuses!
Typically, representatives make between $22.50 & 28.50. It depends on your work ethic and your communication skills. Make $16.50/hr guaranteed and up to $28+/hr. It's up to you!
