Must be Certified in Medication Administration or have completed CORE A & B
We are seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in home and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, grooming, mobility)
- Support community involvement and transportation
- Follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Plans
- Assist with medication administration as trained
- Maintain a safe, clean living environment
- Complete documentation and report incidents accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR certified (or willing to obtain)
- Valid Indiana driver’s license
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Clean background (criminal, OIG, aide registry)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Schedule: Full-Time | All Shifts
