The Role
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Manager to help oversee daily operations, support our team, and ensure every guest leaves smiling. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in management in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with day-to-day park operations and floor supervision
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members during shifts
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Enforce safety rules and company policies consistently
- Help with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and cash handling
- Support special events, parties, and peak-time operations
- Oversee daily operations of rental services and attraction setups
- Coordinate logistics for event delivery, setup, and takedown
- Manage and train staff on proper handling of gear—including tech-based systems for VR and Gellyball
- Communicate with clients, customizing packages to fit their unique event vision
- Ensure inventory is organized, clean, and event-ready
- Troubleshoot onsite challenges and uphold safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service, recreation, retail, or food service preferred
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable in an active, high-energy environment
