Responsibilities:
- Planning, directing and coordinating miscellaneous metal projects
- Working to solve potential problems
- Ensuring project knowledge including scope, special instructions and overall method of construction
- Communicating with co-workers as needed to ensure in compliance, tracking job progress and making adjustments as needed
- As needed detail steel stairs, miscellaneous metals and light structural steel
Qualifications:
- At least three years previous project management with miscellaneous metal and light structural
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
- Basic experience of building design and construction codes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm
The pay is up to $90K a year based on experience
