Best 4K9 is a family-owned small business with 4 locations serving the Triad with a strong emphasis on building long term customer relationships. We are looking for excellent candidates that can help us grow and reach as many pet parents as possible.
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, the ability to retain product knowledge, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating a point of sale system, managing financial transactions, and balancing cash drawers.
- Managing store opening and closing procedures
- Achieving established sales goals.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
Requirements of the job include:
- High school degree or equivalent - MUST HAVE COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL
- The ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be available during holidays and peak selling times. This is not a seasonal job
- Be available to work a variety of shifts
