Job Overview
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and preparing paint and related supply orders for customers. This role ensures that inventory is accurate, products are handled safely, and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Duties
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming paint products, coatings, tools, and supplies
- Pick, pack, and stage customer and contractor orders for pickup or delivery
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper labeling
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks
- Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards (including handling of hazardous materials)
- Assist customers and delivery drivers with order pick-up
- Follow company procedures for storage and disposal of paint and chemical products
- Report damaged, missing, or expired products to management
- Support other store functions as needed (counter support, stocking shelves)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse, stock, or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems and order tracking
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
