Here is what you will be doing:
- Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions
- Present customer deal structure and additional finance products
- Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
- Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.
Here is what you will need:
- Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
- Strong communications skills.
- Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver's license
