Duties
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management strategies.
- Plan engaging lessons
- Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and smooth daily operations in line with childcare regulations.
- Work closely with parents and guardians to communicate student progress, behavioral observations, and developmental milestones.
- Support toddlers’ care routines including feeding, diapering, and basic health needs while fostering a warm and caring atmosphere.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience working with toddlers and school-aged children.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists.
- Prior experience in daycare environments is highly desirable.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; relevant coursework or ongoing professional development is a plus.
