Responsibilities
- Daily prep and cooking support

Requirements
- Willing to learn Chinese cooking methods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to workflow
- Able to stand for long periods and lift 20–30 lbs
Preferred
- Culinary school experience or formal training
- Prior kitchen experience
- Basic knife and prep skills
