As a Tax Office Owner, you'll have the opportunity to operate your own office while receiving professional training, software, and ongoing business support.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate your tax office
- Recruit, train, and manage your own team of Tax Professionals
- Ensure quality customer service and IRS compliance
- Grow your client base and oversee daily tax office operations
Qualifications
- Must have an EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number), or be willing to obtain one. If you do not currently have an EFIN, we can assist you through the application process.
- Must be current with all required personal tax filings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to build and manage a team.

Compensation
As a Tax Office Owner, you earn 100% of your tax preparation fees while operating your own office. Your annual software licensing fee provides access to professional tax preparation software and support throughout the tax season.
