Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Paid Training | No Weekends
My Favorite Therapists (MFT) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Altamonte Springs, FL to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
This is a great opportunity for both entry-level candidates and experienced RBTs looking to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives and grow their careers in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children
- Implement behavior plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and record data electronically
- Complete daily session notes
- Communicate client progress with supervising BCBA
- Work in home, school, and community environments
Registered Behavior Technician Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work with children in active environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet
- Willingness to complete a background check
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience working with children
- Experience with developmental disabilities
- Interest in psychology, education, or ABA
