- Strong CTL/skid steer experience
- Excavator experience
- Forestry mulching and land-clearing experience is a MUST
- Grapple and tree/debris removal experience

- Able to recognize potential equipment problems before they become expensive repairs
- Dependable and able to work independently without constant supervision
- Takes pride in producing clean, professional work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CDL and equipment-hauling experience are a plus
- Must be willing to travel for projects when needed
What Matters to Us
Equipment care is extremely important. We take excellent care of our machines and expect our operators to do the same.
We would rather hire an experienced professional and pay them accordingly than put an inexperienced operator in our equipment.
We are looking for someone who understands that being a great operator isn't just about moving material quickly—it's about working efficiently, safely, protecting the equipment, and leaving behind quality work.
Hiring Process
Qualified applicants should be prepared to discuss the specific equipment they've operated, the type of clearing/grading work they've performed, and their previous experience.
Final candidates may be asked to complete a paid working evaluation before being offered the position.
