I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of three full-time team members. Before joining State Farm, I worked with a competitor, which gave me valuable industry experience and ultimately led me to a career and culture that aligned more closely with my goals and values.
I’m a proud alum of University of Georgia and stay very active in the local community through events and involvement in the surrounding area.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Crystal Compton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
