Plaza Hyundai is now Looking for an Experienced Automotive Service Dispatcher! We're seeking an individual with the right OEM training and qualifications to be our Dispatcher. The ideal candidate doesn't take shortcuts, and likes to get things done: fixed right the first time. OEM Training and certifications from Domestic Dealers are welcome.
Pay- Up to $125,000 Per Year DOE
Job Duties:
- Take vehicles on test drives as needed
- Work with our Service Manager to control the flow of work through the shop to ensure repairs get completed in a timely manner
- Manage and oversee the dispatching operations, including scheduling service appointments, coordinating technicians, and optimizing routes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize service requests, allocate resources effectively, and maintain service standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Domestic Dealership Service Department is required
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits
