Administrative Assistant (Contract)
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and polished administrative professional to provide comprehensive support to senior executives within a dynamic, fast-paced marketing environment. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to every task. This is a hybrid position requiring three days onsite per week, with a standard Monday through Friday schedule of 40 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars for multiple executives, including triaging and prioritizing heavy meeting requests
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly
Arrange and manage detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Process and reconcile business expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
Plan and coordinate team offsites and departmental events from concept through execution
Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for team support and day-to-day office needs
Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Support department financial operations and personnel-related administrative tasks
Handle facility operations coordination and general office support functions
Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external business partners
Complete special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by leadership
Requirements:
5 to 7 years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership
Recent experience working within the Microsoft environment within the last 6 months is required
Demonstrated background supporting executives in a complex, high-volume corporate setting
Proven experience managing multi-executive calendars and coordinating large-scale team events
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Expert-level scheduling and calendar management across multiple executives simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
Experience with expense management tools and travel coordination platforms
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a collaborative team player
Additional Details:
Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)
Duration: 2 months
Pay Range*: $29 - $32.50 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
Job Status: Non-Exempt
