This role connects brand strategy to performance outcomes by coordinating content, paid media, email, SMS, in-app, and experiential channels into a unified, data-driven approach.
This position is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy and analytical execution — someone who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, work cross-functionally, and consistently deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Plan, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning email, SMS, push notifications, paid social, organic social, and in-store/event activations
Own the campaign calendar and ensure coordinated timing and message consistency across all channels

Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through post-launch analysis
Develop and maintain channel-specific strategies that align with broader brand and growth objectives
Continuously test and optimize messaging, creative, targeting, and timing across all active channels
Identify channel gaps and new opportunities to expand reach and engagement
Manage paid media spend and coordinate with media buyers or agency partners as needed
Track and report on KPIs including conversion rates, ROAS, open rates, click-through rates, and revenue attribution
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences for cross-channel campaign performance
Use data to drive decisions on budget allocation, channel prioritization, and creative direction
Conduct post-campaign analysis and apply learnings to improve future execution
Partner with creative, product, community, and events teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and on-brand
Collaborate with retention and growth functions to align campaigns with lifecycle and engagement strategy
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and platform partners to execute campaigns at scale
Communicate clearly with leadership on performance, priorities, and blockers
Brief and manage creative assets needed for campaign execution across all channels
Ensure all content is on-brand, legally compliant (particularly within regulated industries), and optimized for each channel’s format and audience
Maintain organized asset libraries and campaign documentation for internal accessibility
3–6+ years of experience in marketing with direct ownership of multi-channel or integrated campaigns
Demonstrated success managing campaigns across at least three of the following: email, SMS, paid social, organic social, push notifications, in-app, or experiential
Strong analytical skills with experience pulling and interpreting data from marketing platforms and dashboards
Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, or ESP platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Attentive)
Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience in cannabis, wellness, lifestyle, or other regulated consumer product categories
Familiarity with attribution modeling and cross-channel measurement frameworks
Background in performance marketing or paid media buying
Experience coordinating campaigns tied to app engagement, loyalty programs, or live events
Systems-oriented thinker who builds scalable processes, not just one-off campaigns
Deep understanding of consumer psychology and how to move people through a funnel across channels
Comfortable with ambiguity — able to prioritize, structure, and execute without constant direction
Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align creative, product, and leadership teams around a unified plan
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high output without sacrificing quality or compliance
Entrepreneurial mindset — takes ownership and operates with urgency and accountability
Campaigns launch on time with consistent messaging and coordinated execution across all channels
Cross-channel attribution improves and marketing-driven revenue contribution is clearly measurable
Channel performance metrics trend positively quarter over quarter through continuous testing and optimization
Creative and campaign assets are always on-brand, compliant, and adapted for each channel’s audience and format
